Consultations
Unsure whether your child would qualify for speech services? Talking Steps Therapies provides free consultations to discuss parents concerns to decide whether a speech and language evaluation is warranted.
Evaluations
Schedule an evaluation to determine if your child is eligible for speech and language services. The purpose of an evaluation is to help us understand your child's areas of strengths and needs that underlie their overall communication difficulties. Based on the information gathered, we will work together to develop an intervention plan to help your child succeed.
Individual Therapy
Using a strengths and play-based approach, these 50 minute sessions are individualized and tailored to meet your child's needs in order to support their communication skills.
Parent Coaching
If your child does not qualify for speech services but you still have questions, this is for you! We offer parent coaching sessions to provide strategies and guidance to help you navigate your child's steps to talking.
Daycare and School
Screenings
We offer 15 minute onsite screenings at your child's daycare or school to informally assess their speech and language skills to determine eligibility for initial evaluation.
